I had an issue with water in my basement after a heavy rain. Brennen stopped by and helped me figure out what had to be done. It was actually an issue with a window well drain, it really had nothing to do with him or the sump pump they put in for me last year, but he helped me out anyway!! Would not hesitate to call them again

Thanks to Basement Technologies, i can use my basement again and no longer have to have my washer and dryer sitting on pallets! If you've never had a constantly flooding basement, you probably don't understand the daily stress. I keep going downstairs to look at it and smile. :-) They finished the job with a French drain in record time, even adding an extra port for my washer to drain, and fixed two dripping pipe issues they came across when working on the floor. Fantastic and friendly; so glad they were able to fit me in their busy schedule!

Chris and Brennan excel at customer service. They demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills when faced with challenges and always do what’s best for the customer. They have a great working relationship and are always very reliable and friendly. Would highly recommend them for just about any job.
