Great experience working with R&D, Wick was thorough, stopped back a second time to go over the job. Chuck and James the installers were right on time, worked together well to get the job done in better than the estimated time. Ann in the office made sure everything came together perfectly. Definitely recommend R&D.

Michael Bauer from R&D was AMAZING! In all the years they have serviced this unit he is by far the most thorough, competent, respectful tech! Seriously, ask for him if you can…that company should build their reputation on guys like Mike….great hire, R&D!!

It was 84 degrees in the house and due to a scheduling mix-up they weren't going to show up. They apologized and Mike B came out late in the day (even though he was already done for the day) and stuck around until our AC unit was working (7pm). So grateful that it will be cool in our house tonight for when we sleep. Thank you, Mike B for going above and beyond!
