We are so glad that our contractor recommended Carpets and More in Kennett Square. The store is so nicely organized, which made it so much easier to see our options. Julianne was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient as she guided us through the process. She gave us several suggestions and ideas which we needed. We felt very confident in our final decision because she gave us ample time to take samples home to see in different lighting. We highly recommend Carpets and More for any of your flooring needs.
Amazing end product, customer service, store displays, and communication! I'm so glad we went with Carpets & More after having such a positive experiencing picking our carpet in the store, scheduling measurements, receiving a quote, and ultimately the installation and finished product. Highly recommend!!
We had such a great experience with this business! They have a beautiful selection of carpet and they are very patient and work with you to get exactly what you want. We got wool carpet here which we love. The installation was friendly, professional , and just perfect. I agree with the other reviewer that you could go with some big box store, but there is no way it would be as good as an experience as working with an excellent business like this one!
