“I cannot say enough good things about the care I received at H2 Health in Kenhorst. On my first visit I received a thorough assessment so my therapist could create a therapeutic program to meet my needs. He and the other therapists who assisted in my care are not only knowledgeable and professional but very personable and caring. I am very grateful for their efforts, encouragement, affirmation, and support. Six weeks later, I have recovered strength in a very weak leg and have better balance. It was very helpful to have access to their app for supplementing sessions with exercise at home. I could view video of the exercises I was assigned and could document completion of them and send messages and receive feedback between sessions. I highly recommend H2 Health. To them you are a unique person, not just a body to be worked on. I have an updated exercise program for home to maintain my progress and promote further progress, and I was invited to be in touch if I experience any return of pain or have questions.“
