Didn't realize our heat pump wasn't working for months using emergency heat. Chris came and put in a new system, gave us a good deal and didn't try to give us a more expensive unit, didn't upcharge labor like a lot of other quotes we got. Works better and we like the unit is smaller/looks nicer and works better than our last. We told him what we could afford and he gave great service, got done fast and stayed in our budget. It took him a few days to order the parts then two days to do the switch.

I would definitely recommend Slades Mechanical Service. Chris was super knowledgeable, explained services and answered ALLLLLL MY questions. I felt his answers were genuine and honest. I will definitely use this company in the future and have told friends and family as well about the great service.
