The JCPenney Salon offers a variety of hair services to help clients look and feel their best. Clients praise the stylists for their skill, friendliness, and ability to create looks exceeding expectations. Many clients have formed long-lasting relationships with their stylists, who are known for staying up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques. The place has a lot of empty retail stores, but there are a lot of local people trying to turn this place around and get it busy again. Penney's is very nice inside, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
I have been getting my hair done by Brittany F for 3 years now and she always does an amazing job while also keeping my hair healthy! I always leave the salon feeling great! She is also very friendly and kind.
I've been coming here for all of my hair cut/color needs since relocating to the Johnstown area and have never been disappointed. Heidi specifically has been great for my last few visits- she's attentive, efficient, and always delivers a look better than I can hope for.
Ten stars for Beth Michell!! Beth is an amazing stylist! She has been my stylist-cut, color, style-for 20 years! She also cuts, colors, and styles my family members and friends. Beth is always up to date on all the hair styles, trends, and techniques. I constantly receive compliments on my hair color and style…absolutely love when it’s my turn to see Beth!! Not only is she a gifted stylist but she is so very personable…excellent conversation every.single.time!! Seriously can’t wait for my next appointment!
