This was my first visit and I'm highly impressed! Dr. White was very personable and we were able to talk freely of my history and needs for the visit. She did a thorough exam and found hot spots I didn't even notice and did alignments from my neck to lower back. I've been under chiropractic care for 30 years and been seen all over the country. Dr. White was one of the best so far. See you at my next visit! DEFINITELY WORTH THE HOUR DRIVE FROM ALTOONA!!!!!!!

Jen is wonderful - I won't go to another chiropractor because she knows her stuff, cares about her patients, and is so kind. She has helped relieve my back and neck pain/tightness for years. Years ago I was having shortness of breath, chest pain, heart palpitations and was light-headed for many days but no doctor could tell me what was wrong. Jen fit me in last minute and when I went to see her, she quickly discovered I had a vertebrae out of place and popped it right back in - I felt instant relief!

My husband and I both used Dr. White at Alternative Chiropractic because we both have back pain. Dr. White was able to relieve our pain and make us feel great again. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She is not a "one size fits all" chiropractor. She asked questions, evaluated our issues, and treated us based on our particular issues.Our only regret is that we moved to NC and now can't find anyone as good as she is here.
