I had the most amazing life changing massage at the Y. Deborah Dyer is amazing!!!! I don't know what she did but she unlocked 50 years of trauma trapped in my muscles and I found myself crying (balling).during the massage. After my massage I felt younger, significantly happier, like I weighed less, much stronger in my stomach back and arms, and way more relaxed. She is a healer and miracle worker. All I can think about is how can I make more money to afford to go here more often.
