I get that some people have had what seem to be bad experiences with SRI, but for more than 6 years, my experiences have been quite good. I'd even go so far as to say SRI (and Carol Roth specifically) have been my best experience in the last 30 years. Everyone has been nice, polite, professional and caring. Carol has worked with me the entire time and has been incredibly supportive, helpful, understanding and empathetic. Working with her has helped me to return to my professional life after nearly 20 years of being sidelined. I still struggle, but I also have made great progress that she has helped me see. Excellent staff and services. Shannon is prompt and thorough with scheduling. Dr Susan Hunt is an excellent therapist and Dr Shor is a knowledgable, experienced Psychiatrist who has been a trusted provider.
