Good group sessions. Meg H showed a healthy balance of facilitating, educating, relating and being compassionate. I wish I could have had an individual 1x a week instead of bi-weekly.

This program helped me get my life back. The staff loves what they do, and it shows. They are caring and compassionate and truly want to see you grow. You will get the most out of this program based on what you put into it. So happy I did it!

Our Jenkintown location offers intensive outpatient therapy for young adults and teens ages 18-26, a partial hospitalization program for adults, and a women's only trauma intensive outpatient program. The Light Program focuses on the individual. We create a unique treatment plan for each client to help them reach their goals.

Wednesday: 7:30AM - 9PM
Thursday: 7:30AM - 9PM
Friday: 7:30AM - 9PM
