Everything was perfect, from scheduling, to desk staff, to therapists. I worked mostly with Rob - very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate - the whole package! And Bill at the front desk was always kind, helpful, and flexible. I don’t have a single complaint!
I have a torn rotator on my left shoulder.I went to 2 very good doctors who suggested surgery and because my movement was so painful and limited, they didn't think physical therapy would work for me. I gave it a chance and Erin my PT did an amazing job. I did have to work hard but Erin constantly gave me positive encouragement to continue. She was absolutely as educated and professional as I could have imagined. I was recommended by 3 others who also had great results.
