    One of the best places on earth. So relaxing and stress free. Shout out to Michael. He makes my visits even more relaxing with each session. My mind and my body thanks you all!

    I do not recommend becoming a member here because if you have a full time
    Job, take on call, have kids and cannot go to an appt every month, you will lose your money. I inquired on freezing the account and you pay for that (for no services) and if you cancel the membership to catch up on the paid services, they make you do it in 60 days, which is impossible for someone with a job and kids. Highly do not recommend.

    I hate to leave this review because the therapist was very sweet but I think it is important to note for anyone looking for a prenatal massage. She started off the session by stating that she forgot I was pregnant which made me a little nervous. She seemed to have little knowledge about prenatal massages and had me lie on my back for a good part of the massage which led me to feel lightheaded. She also made a few comments that made me feel uncomfortable/confused, about the size of my stomach, what pregnant women can/can’t do, etc. Lastly, she asked twice during the session if I wanted to extend my session another half hour for $40 which I found to be quite annoying honestly. Overall the massage was ok but the overall experience wasn’t very enjoyable.

    To start, I want to emphasize that all the therapists here are absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about how fantastic every visit has been.

    The issue, unfortunately, lies with the office and the membership policy.

    I was a member for several years, paying a monthly fee to accrue credits toward future services—a system that offered a modest savings of about 10%. Over time, I noticed that I had accumulated five or six unused credits. Life gets busy, of course, but the main reason they piled up was that my preferred therapist was consistently booked out for months at a time. When I’d call to schedule, I was often told to try again when the next month’s schedule opened. But by the time I did, all the appointments were gone again.

    To be clear, that’s not a complaint about the therapist—he’s clearly excellent at what he does, and I understand why he’s in such high demand.

    The problem came when I realized I was still being charged monthly while sitting on hundreds of dollars in unused credits. I called to see if I could pause my membership and use up the sessions I had already paid for. I was told that I could—but I’d have just two months to use the credits before they expired. Unsurprisingly, there was no availability during that time.

    I tried to find a solution: Could I pay the 10% difference and keep the credits? Could I extend them a bit longer? Every reasonable idea I offered was met with a flat “no.” In the end, they made a one-time exception to extend one credit, but the rest—representing hundreds of dollars—were forfeited.

    In short, while the therapists are outstanding, the office policies feel inflexible and frankly exploitative. I paid for services I wasn’t able to access, and the unwillingness to work toward a fair resolution left a bad taste in my mouth.

    5/5! I went to Joni for a light to medium massage and had a great experience. She is well educated and has been doing massages for 30+ years! There was a lot of tension in my back that she removed, I will be back. Thank you!

    Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed for my confirmed appointment. Person who was supposed to do my treatment didn’t show up until 20 minutes after my scheduled time and at that point refused to do the treatment I signed up for stating she hadn’t seen me before so she couldn’t do it. Even though I had the same exact services there before and had a confirmed appointment. They made me leave offering nothing at all. Horrible treatment. Horrible planning they should have never confirmed the appointment if they were going to refuse it simply because their employees can’t get to work on time. There was no manager available to speak with on site and they only had a manager trainee coming in later that date who couldn’t help me. So I couldn’t even speak to anyone. Never returning. I wouldn’t waste your time. Hand and Stone is so much nicer and accommodating. Better pricing and availability as well.

    Although I’ve had good experiences with the services I’ve received, I am giving this place a 1 star review because the franchise owner is refusing to honor the contract price agreed upon. I signed a contract stating that I would pay $70 a month for my membership and Massage Envy continued to withdraw $80 out of my account monthly. I discussed this multiple times with the manager and was told that I would get a call back, which I never received. When I went in for my last service I spoke with the manager and she stated that the franchise owner is not allowing her to honor the contract because policy changed at the start of the new year (my contract started in October). I have attached proof of this for your reading pleasure. I have made my bank aware of this, just posting this so that others are aware!

    (Also, this is not about the $10, for me it is about the principle. Because honestly, if it were the other way around, these companies would ruin your credit for a few cents.)

    I used my Christmas gift card to try my first massage at Massage Envy. I found the front desk people to be friendly and helpful. Youcef.L found and worked deep tissue massage on areas where I really needed it. My wife warned me about the high pressure sales after the visit, but I Ashleigh didn't and told me about the programs and benefits so I could decide what was best. If she would have used high pressure I would have turned it off immediately. Thank you Ashleigh.

    Yousef was an Amazing stretch artist. I have been a massage therapist for 27 years and I have various physical problems. No where EVER have I been where there is so much talent. This place is great.
