I had a very disappointing experience at this salon with technician Sammi. I originally requested an acrylic nail refill, but she recommended removing the acrylic and trying builder gel (“hot gel”) instead. Two of my nails were already broken and much shorter than the rest. I suggested an acrylic overlay since my other eight nails were long, but she recommended the hot gel for a more “natural look.”
The two shorter nails broke within two and three days, which I believe was due to the product choice rather than how I use my hands. Sammi recommended I come in so she could fix them. When I arrived, I waited over an hour while she attended to several other clients and did not acknowledge why I was there. The entire process, from start to finish, took almost two hours, with most of my time spent waiting. I waited patiently.
Finally, someone else (less skilled) began working on my nails. Sammi was seated in the seat beside us, claimed the nails broke due to how I use my hands. When I tried to explain that the breakage was due to the product and not rough handling on my part, she dismissed my concerns, saying she had done builder gel many times and it was my fault.
Sammi did not perform the repair herself. Another staff member attempted the fix, and the result was unsatisfactory. I had previously had my nails done by Sammi and the experience was great. Perhaps having to fix a broken nail triggered this blame-shifting reaction, but it is unacceptable. I have uploaded photos of the broken nails and the “repair.”
I expect professional accountability, and this experience fell short. I hope the salon addresses these issues to improve their services.

I went to this nail salon as a walk in appointment. There was one nail tech available who started working on my nails right away. She used acetone to soak my gel off and while it was soaking took another walk in customer. They left my nails to soak the entire time the other costumer got a full set of acrylic nails. Finally when I got started on my nails the tech buffed the top of my nails with a regular nail file leaving them sooo brittle. I also needed a couple tips put on and they were not installed or shaped well. They didn’t charge me for the two tips. Overall a poor experience and will not be returning.

Definitely will be coming back. They accommodated me with a last minute appointment for my daughter. Lovely atmosphere friendly environment and I was able to get a 30 chair massage while I waited. Win Win all around. 🤗🤗🤗

My first time visiting this location & I was not disappointed. After reading some of their reviews, I decided to treat myself with a Deluxe pedicure. Tony & Sammi were amazing! I needed to find a location where I could get a pedicure & just relax/unwind. Not having to hear other people's drama or complaining about life. I FOUND IT!!!
One customer was reading a book while getting her pedicure, and the other 2 were off their phones the entire time, as they were also being serviced. This made my experience so relaxing and worth it. Oh, I almost forgot to mention... I received a nice mini shoulder and back massage as my toenails were drying. I left this place feeling super relaxed and satisfied with the service & experience. I plan on going back and also referring my friends.
