Lina & Momo were absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, me and my husband came in for a reflexology massage and we walked out brand new and scheduled a 90 min massage on the way out! See you ladies Saturday!!!!!

I want to start by saying that everyone at the location was very polite and kind. The staff treated me respectfully, and I appreciate that.
However, I did not have a good overall experience. There was some confusion regarding the payment. I booked the appointment through ClassPass, and according to the information provided, I should not have had to pay anything additional. However, I was charged $30 plus tip, and I did not fully understand why, since I believed the service was already covered.
This was also my first facial treatment, and I felt a bit lost during the appointment. No one explained the steps of the process, what was being applied to my skin, or what the purpose of each procedure was. I was simply waiting for the next step without really understanding what was happening. As a first-time client, I would have appreciated more communication and guidance throughout the treatment.
Overall, the staff was polite, but the lack of explanation and the unexpected charge made the experience disappointing for me.

Clean and nice spa. Staff is friendly. Massage is good. Deep tissue needs improvement. The only difference I noticed between a regular and deep tissue massage is that there’s some back walking included in the later.
