We had an excellent experience with our home inspection. Matt discovered a major structural problem with a home we were under contract on. His inspection saved us from purchasing a home that would have required tons of repairs and cost us a lot of money. His other inspection on the home that we did purchase was thorough and well done. He explained to us everything that he found, which helped us to negototiate with the seller. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and recommend Chilmark.

We used Chilmark Home Inspection to inspect our new home while under construction. The inspection report was extremely thorough and detailed. Matt sat with us and reviewed all of the items that needed to be addressed. We were able to go back to the builder and have them taken care of before we went to settlement. Professional, knowledgeable & top notch! Absolutely recommend!! Worth every cent!
