Jake was such a professional and thorough inspector. He answered all of our (first time home buyer) questions and explained everything in detail. He even came back to the house a few days later to reinspect the roof since there was snow on it the day of inspection. Highly recommend Jake and will definitely use them again!

Our experience with home inspection through Jake was excellent! Scheduling and interacting with Jake was super easy by phone and text, the service was reliable (also for the sewer cam add-on), the inspection thorough, and the report detailed and well-structured. Jake was even able to go back for a roof inspection by drone camera on a tight timeline (after snow had melted). Couldn't have been happier with it, and would go again with Jake and Foundations Property Inspections any time.
