“We have been taking our dogs to Catherine for over 30 years, well before she opened BowWow boarding house. After moving to Minnesota for 10 years, we came back and searched her out. Our two boys LOVE to visit Catherine for both overnight boarding, and occasional daycare when we need it. Her grooming is excellent as well. Our last groom of our Goldendoodle was fantastic!“

“Went in today to have my very first pet be checked up due to some concerns with his stool and for vaccination. Out of all the places I called they were the only one willing to put in an early appointment and were not rude at all! Prices seem to be reasonable and the staff and doctor were very compassionate and patient! Highly recommend!“

“We brought our 5-year-old Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dog (LGD) to Robbeyes for a full grooming, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Over the last couple of years, she’s gotten a bit grumpier, and since she spends 90% of her time outdoors, she had accumulated quite a few mats that we struggled to manage at home.
The transformation has been incredible. She’s visibly happier and acting so much more like a pet than just a working guardian dog. We can tell she feels so much better! At 125 pounds and at her age, she won’t let us groom her ourselves, which makes professional grooming essential for us.

“Shout out to McKenzie for doing a wonderful 5 star job on our 7 year old female German Shepherd with long hair, our precious Hazel girl !!! Hazel is a very friendly dog with a very loud mouth and gets nervous around other dogs and people. Although, plays wonderfully with every dog and person she meets. She has very sensitive, dry, itchy skin as this breed is prone to that. The breed is known for extreme shedding, and we have to vacuum twice per day. Hehe. Thanks to McKenzie Hazel came back to us very clean, smelling amazing, happy, less itchy, and with a lot less fur falling off of her as she is loosing her double winter coat now. Also, her ears and nails came out PERFECT. I truly appreciate this as I know how demanding she can be and it makes me worry leaving her anymore. Thank you all so much for helping her and the gentle care you provided. We will be back soon !

“This is the best vet, by far, that we have ever been to. We have 6 rescues and the staff treats them all with such great compassion and care. Our primary doctor is Dr. Becker and she is AMAZING! Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and sweet. When calling to make an appointment or ask a question, the staff on the phone are always so nice and very helpful. When we we are there for our appointments everyone makes us, and especially our fur babies feel at ease. They are all so personable. I have met all the doctors at different times when Dr. Becker wasn't available and every single one has a kind and warm approach and is so knowledgeable that you always feel your pups are in great hands. Last year was a tough one. We lost our sweet greyhound Lily and Dr. Hackanin was a gem. She was there when we needed to let Lily go and made the very sad situation more bearable. 3 months later we had to let our other greyhound Oliver (who was our sweet old soul) go. Dr. Becker was there for us and it meant so much. Two of the amazing staff members Jennifer and Meaghan made it a point to take time out to come and offer kind words during these very sad times. That meant so much. They have 2 offices which makes it very convenient to schedule appointments. We have been to several vets in the area and no one comes close to being like this wonderful practice. They are an amazing group of people, both doctors and staff, so dedicated to their clients and their fur babies. We are so grateful to them for every visit and appreciate every member of the team!“
