What a great place! We went on vacation and left our dog and cat in their care. Our dog and cat were never boarded before, but the staff were wonderful with them! We will be using them again for our next vacation.
Mark the trainer is outstanding, he really understands dogs (and people). The staff was very professional. My 7 month old spent 15 days and they sent us pictures almost daily which was calming for us. There was a definite difference when she came home. She understood commands, and we learned how to correct bad behavior. Do not think after 15 days your dog will be perfect, she is still 7 months old and this is very much a work in progress but I feel this was money well spent.
We enrolled our 1.5 year old lab in the 15 day stay and learn training program. We are very happy with the results from the training so far! Mark and the team were really great to work with and sent us daily updates. Mark was clear with expectations and showed us how to continue the training at home. We are excited to see how Zane continues to progress in the weeks to come.
