We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Holiday House and their training program! We enrolled our 5-month-old puppy, and from the moment he arrived, we knew he was in great hands. The staff truly cared about him and treated him with so much love and attention throughout his stay, which gave us complete peace of mind.
One thing we especially appreciated was the communication we received while he was there. The training updates and videos allowed us to see his progress firsthand and stay connected throughout the process. We were genuinely impressed by how much our puppy learned in such a short time. I took my high-anxiety golden doodle to Holiday House Pet Resort this week for a meet and greet and a daycare visit. The staff did an outstanding job with him from the morning when Chris met us in the parking lot and immediately put my dog at ease. My doodle has had previous unsuccessful attempts for daycare at other businesses, but Holiday House made a difference for him. We will certainly return for future visits.
We had a wonderful experience with the training program at Holiday House. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and caring.
Mark and his team truly moved mountains with our three year old lab during his stay. The progress he has made exceeded our expectations.
Mark takes his work very seriously and is genuinely committed to helping both dogs and their owners succeed. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and support!
