I emailed and left a voicemail. Not only was it taken care of in a timely manner. I got a call letting me know what was happening. To me that’s more important than how quickly the situation was resolved. They have definitely earned my trust and future business.

Excellent experience all around!! Very knowledgeable staff. Left my trailer for maintenance (window fix, suspension maintenance, tire work, etc..) As we were leaving I had trouble hooking up my fifth wheel, and the service guy helped me get it fixed and on our way. Not only did he help me with the hitch he went above and beyond doing so. We were extremely grateful and impressed with all his help and patience. It’s not easy finding RV repair shops that go out of their way like he did. We will definitely be going back to John’s from now on.
Couldn’t say anything better about our experience at John’s RV. They installed a tow plate, breakaway switch, battery charger, RViBrake, and electrical hookup to our Wrangler to flat tow behind our RV. Dan were everything that was needed, communicated well, and his crew did the work on time. Was very impressed with the professional job they did integrating everything on the front of the tow plate and custom cutting of the splash guard underneath. Chad spent time with us going over everything and making sure we understood how everything worked. Will defintely use them in the future.
