“Today was my first visit and wow! I went for Botox and a consult about general maintenance I should be doing. Casey was wonderful in answering all my questions and making suggestions. She spend a lot of time analyzing my face and marking the injection sites. Her injection technique was great. She was clear with pricing and options. I left with a great future plan as well.

Chelsea at the front desk was very welcoming and hospitable. She offered me refreshments and offered to answer any questions I had before meeting Casey. She was very knowledgeable about the services and products offered at the location.

I also had a quick chat with the manager because she overheard me say that I’m an esthetician . So we chatted a little bit about my career and some of my skin care goals. She was very welcoming to me also.

Overall, I give my visit a 10 out of 10 on all fronts. The staff were top-notch, the facility is very clean and professional, and the service was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I had an amazing experience at iCONTOUR (again!). A few years ago, I had my eyeliner done by the owner, Lidia, and she did such flawless, precise work that I knew I could trust anyone she brought onto her team.

This time, I had lip blush done by Olena, and she was equally fantastic — professional, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, explained the process clearly, and her attention to detail really showed in the results. The studio itself is clean, calm, and welcoming — I felt completely at ease the entire time.

“Today I had Nurse Jody laser my upper lip and chin. She worked quickly and in between the various areas she applied ice. Afterwards she put aloe, on my skin to aid in healing and prevent a lot of redness. It was a great experience!“

The dentist explained the procedure clearly and made sure I was completely numb before starting. To my surprise, it was quick and virtually painless. The office is clean and well-organized, and they truly care about their patients. I’m so relieved and grateful for the excellent care I received—highly recommend this office if you need a root canal or any dental work!“

“So I went here for a very different reason. My eight year-old daughter lost her earring inside her earlobe. It had been infected and She was in pain. it was a very worrisome situation. When I tell you, Dr. Chapin was the kindest, most understanding, Dr I could have had at that moment, I am so blessed that this is who we were referred to. I did ask him to not really tell my daughter what was going on and he said, I want to gain her trust so I will tell her what’s going on and I will not lie to her.
