Today I came in for a BBL laser treatment. I was greeted by Jenna who was very personable and friendly. The consultation with Alicia and Elissa went great and made me feel very comfortable. I was greeted by Jenna who is very personable and friendly. During the numbing process I did some shopping and bought La Chele BB cream which was recommended my Alicia. I also joined the loyalty club recommended by Jenna, and got 10% off the product and 20% off BBL. I was also helped by Devon the supervisor who was very helpful!

I had a wonderful experience at La Chele. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions, concerns, and options. I had a consultation with Alicia and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Alicia explained all of my options and helped me to choose the best treatment for my needs. Alicia helped me achieve the exact results I was seeking. I am so happy with the results and I would definitely recommend La Chele to anyone looking for aesthetics treatments.

I'm revising a previous review because the customer service at this place is exceptional and reached out to me to remedy the problem. I originally didn't have the greatest filler injection experience with one of the nurse injectors. I was unhappy with the results. I realized I should have reached out to them directly first before leaving a negative review. Jamie, their customer manager called me to schedule a consult with Dr. Espinoza directly, which I did. She evaluated the places I had filler, the pictures I brought, and said they would have addressed things right away had I called.
