just a horrible experience with this company. Brought them a dress with some spots to take care off, week later, they are returning me a dress in the same condition as I brought it in. They didn't do anything at all, they didn't even dry cleaned it or pressed it. I paid 22 dollars for nothing. What a rip off.

I called just a few days before a wedding and they told me to bring my dress in that day and they were able to alter it and have it ready in time in just a few days for about $100 which is similar or cheaper to what other places would charge but no where else could of gotten it done so quickly! I will definitely come back here

I needed my curtains hemmed and had time constraints. I assume I was dealing with the owner (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) and she was awesome! She got them done on time despite the fact that she clearly had a lot of work to do. I really appreciated her help I would definitely recommend ivyland!

I had a very poor experience at this company. I took a dress for a wedding to be hemmed and the straps to be taken in. When I received the dress, it was hemmed. But the straps were clearly not taken in at all. I went to take the dress back, and the owner wasgone on vacation all week. I was stuck having to find another company to do the straps with 4 days until the wedding AND pay again. To be fair, she did call me after I left a voicemail for her but she was already on vacation and basically couldn’t do it. I was charged $115 for an inch of hemming to be done. What a rip off! Avoid this place if you can.

I have always received great service from this friendly local cleaner. Working from home a lot this past year due to Covid but glad to be back supporting great local businesses like this one. The owner is great with alterations, buttons, and hems on men's dress pants and prices were comparable to other shops that do alterations. The suits I've had cleaned and pressed always looking amazing and they're good at getting rid of stains. Prices are great, especially for shirts. I disagree with the person claiming they're expensive, they must be used to the $1.99 cleaner that doesn't even get stains out or properly press things. You get what you pay for and this local shop has never let me down! I highly recommend them!

I dropped off my wedding dress and a bunch of the same pants in different prints I got cheap and they were about a foot too long! The hemming cost more than the pants (they were $6) but I love them so muxh and ahe did such an AMAZING job the hem looks way better than the original. Also, my dress came out beautifully.Service: Standard cleaning
