Windows Installation Specialists was a pleasure to work with! I first contacted them in 2020 for replacing 20+ windows. The owners Melissa and Bill determined the most cost effective solution would be the Andersen 400 Series Conversion Kits. This was the most cost effective solution, than a complete tear out and window replacement. Other companies didn't present such an option. We waited on the purchase and install 5+ years due to other home renovations and there was never any pressure by the owners to purchase.

Everything went great Bill and his crew arrived right on time.The two workers with Bill were polite and went right to work I could not believe how fast they got the old windows out Once they got the old windows out they made sure that all the old debris was all cleaned up they put plastic everywhere to make sure no dust got on floor or furniture even when they finish up they vacumed the rug they explained how to operate the windows and screens my overall experience with Bill and Melissa was great
