We had a flawless experience working with everyone at Shuster Homes. From beginning to end, every project manager, subcontractor, contractor, and construction worker were so attentive, kind, helpful, and responsive. Any concern is immediately addressed. The stigma of fear to build ends with Shuster Homes. We are so lucky to have had them build our dream home!

The build quality is outstanding, no shortcuts, a poured foundation, 2 x 6 walls, quality products, etc. Our contacts at RWS/Shuster's from start to finish were Chrissy Shuster and Dan Kalp. They explained everything from start to finish; they were easy to get in touch with, and all concerns were answered immediately. Always friendly and very helpful. Now the workers building our new home were also, very friendly, responsive and answered questions immediately. Needless to say, I was not worried about this build, I had satisfaction knowing it would be done right. We built a ranch home. all was well except Dan the salesmen did not tell us or kept us up to date on things that we needed to know. Other people in other units told us more then he did. Have called and face to face questions went unanswered. wish we had Christine. I heard that she is on the ball.
