R J Staso evaluated and made temporary repairs to my air conditioner after it was damaged in a windstorm. They later replaced the damaged unit. Work was prompt, effective, and thorough.

Not related to Heating and Air Conditioning but wanted to offer my thanks to the driver (did not get his name) who stopped on his own and assisted me with a flat tire in the Harrison City area. Likely an indication of the type of people that work for RJ Staso.

I had an excellent experience with RJ Staso Heating & AC. I called around 11am about a furnace issue and one of the owners personally answered the phone. After I explained what troubleshooting I had already done, they transferred me to another team member who was equally kind and thorough in gathering additional details.
Even though I’m technically outside their normal service area, they were generous enough to waive the travel fee and, impressively, were able to get someone out the same day, just ahead of a major winter storm. Brent came out with the pressure switch replacement, arrived well within the quoted 12–4 window around 2, and got everything... read full review
