“We had 3 sessions with Penny for our fearful dog Jax. She gave us many exercises and tools to practice with him in order to build his confidence and reduce his exposure and reaction to triggers. Jax's issues are too wide-ranging to fully "fix" in just a couple of sessions, but with the tools we received and the behavioral medication we plan to start with our vet, I feel we are better prepared to continue the extensive work he needs to feel safe and stable.“

“Nikki and her staff are beyond amazing. Jasper & Nessie are an interesting duo and their stay (twice now) went without incident. Jasper was given his medication with no issues and Nessie was able to be her ridiculous charming self. I always appreciate the pics Nikki sends as little updates and it warms my heart to see them being treated as more than just boarded cats. Your cats will receive the exact care that you demand as well as love. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will never board elsewhere and I rest easy while away knowing the babies are well cared for.“

“Only place we take the pets. Don't let the cost fool you. Just because they affordable does not mean not reliable or inanetive. Always accommodating. Will keep you updated if needed. Super friendly. “I took my long-haired cat to get some mattes off of his neck. They did a great job with him and he was returned to us very happy. They were also very kind and compassionate about my nervousness leaving my cat there.“

My german shepherd got out last night and someone called Hoffmans and the catcher went and picked him up.
Then I see all these reviews online.. so I start freaking out. Went out to the kennels to see if they were back yet (they weren’t) and I met Gary, who was super friendly and helpful. He Took my name/number and showed me around the place. It was really clean. There was quite a few dogs in there as well and overall it was just a really nice looking and clean place.

I got my boy back as soon as the dog catcher was back in the area (after business hours) And he was also insanely friendly and helpful with everything as well!

I know there are so many people who have had bad experiences with them (according to the reviews). But mine was actually very pleasant and I had absolutely ZERO issues with the whole ordeal“
