From my first visit at the Pittsburgh Eye Institute to the surgery performed at The Southwestern Surgery Center I could not be more happy with the results. The office staff and the personnel at the Surgery Center was very professional and explained this surgery in detail. Follow-up by via phone calls and text messaging making sure everything was OK with myself is a great service and they really cared about their patients. They were always friendly and they could make me see when I couldn't see before.Now that I'm in my 40s I've had nothing but bad experiences with most eye clinics in our area. This clinic was the major exception to the rule with an amazing group of people and a wonderful doctor.The attention to detail to make sure that my prescription was right was spot on. Keeping me informed of my options to correct my vision through the entire process was better than almost anywhere I've been.In the past I've had a head injury and nerve damage in the military and everybody that I worked with there was extremely sensitive to my needs and discomfort with people being too close to my face and eyes.I can't recommend this clinic enough.And a big plus, they sell silhouette brand frames, and are experts with them.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Landis for several years now and am completely happy with my experience not only with her, but her staff as well.Dr. Landis is very thorough and you can have faith and trust in her guidance. She provides very thorough exams (I'm a diabetic in which she does a special diabetic exam in addition to the regular exam). Very personable, pleasant demeanor.Dr. Landis staff is very capable and competent. Never a problem with scheduling, insurance, etc. The staff seems to work well with each other and with the patients as well.I can't recommend Perfect Vision enough!“

“Don't think I have ever had an issue with them. Have been going to FED's for at least 7 years now and they're usually pretty quick to get signed in, checked and then given an eye exam. They make it very easy to schedule as well, which you can do online.“

“Everybody here was great. My 1yr old scratched her cornea on a Sunday, so I wasnt expecting much luck with trying to get an eye apt as a new client on a Monday morning. The front desk ladies were great with getting us set up and my baby looked at by Monday afternoon. The nurse, Maddy, and Dr. Pav were great with her. Really appreciate what everyone did for us. Hopefully we won't need them again, but I'm glad they're there if we do.“

“Dr. Burns is great. The other staff have been nice, as well. Sometimes there are new staff who are still learning things, but that only requires a little patience. I spend at least a half hour looking for the right pair of glasses, no matter the location, and they do not make me feel rushed.“

“Dr. Wezorek did a yearly eye exam, the best eye exam I ever had in 34 years in the USA. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I came out feeling very happy. My prescription increased. Then I was brought out to optical and was helped by Tori the office manager with 10 years experience who was highly knowledgeable, personable, kind, and patient. She seems passionate about her job. I strongly recommend everyone to come here!“
