Reached out to Phil after hearing about him at my barber. I was looking for a furnace check-up with the cold weather and 2 little ones in the house. He got me scheduled much sooner than I expected and even went above and beyond when I text him late at night and asked him to give my slot to another woman that didn't have heat. He still got to me the next day, which I wasn't expecting.

Phil is a very knowledgeable guy and he's happy to share what he knows to inform you. Great service and a great price. I'll be using him for my future AC and Furnace check-ups.

We have used Phil for years for heating / ac repair and we’re always pleased with his prompt service and communication, but when it came time to replace our furnace, ac and water heater we did our due diligence and got a couple other quotes. Not only did no other company come close to the price Phil quoted, none of them included the water heater. Phil communicated schedule, any delay due to weather, ect. and got the job done!! I highly recommend KMS!!!
