I have used in the past for various types of exterminating needs- wasp in coping, wood bees in front door frame, carpenter ants around pool. I had a need for them last month and they didn't return my call for a week so went with another vendor. They did call me back a week and half later advising they had a death in the family and apologized for not returning my call. Were very genuine and sincere about not getting back to me sooner. They also inquired if I got my issue taken care of (yes) and they were happy about that and asked me to please call/consider them again for future business.
