First off- my appointment was for 10:00. Got there at 9:55- no lights on, door locked…. 10:00 came- I called- their voice mailbox was full soI couldn’t even leave a message- waited for 10 minutes and as I started to pull away - they finally came. I turned back around and went in- they looked at my like they had no idea why I was there. Told them I had an appt @ 10 am- which was now 10:15… she told me to pick a color and sit down. I was highly annoyed but still sat down in the chair because my nails needed desperately done.. Lynn did my nails, was extremely nice and did an amazing job. I walked in with my two girls (6&8) and they took us Right in even tho they were pretty booked. Everyone was very polite and courteous, my nails look beautiful (solar), I hope they last a while. They were also very sweet and patient with my girls! The only reason why not 5 stars because I don't know how long my nails will last (I was promised they wouldn't chip) and I did feel a bit awkward at times, because they were almost a little too non-chalant.

I have been there twice, once with appt and once as a walk-in. Miss T did my nails both times and was happy to help create any ideas I had. The polish lasted so long I had to go back only when my nails grew so long. Very happy and will definitely be back!Service: Gel manicures
