I attended an evening yoga class this past weekend with two friends. I had never been to a yoga class in my life, and was nervous that I had no idea what I was doing or what to be prepared for. The instructor talked to me beforehand since I was a total newbie and calmed my nerves. The next hour and 15 minutes was honestly one of the most relaxing periods of my life. Ed is an awesome instructor with much knowledge and care for each student. The space is simply amazing. Yoga Tree balances effort with ease!
