The girl done exactly what I wanted. She was very helpful as to what products I should use in my hair.

I was very disappointed that the stylist had to put color on my hair three times before it covered my roots. I give her credit for trying and not wanting me to leave looking like it wasn't even done. She did try. However, when I got home and looked closely at my roots, there were quite a few spots not colored at all, including right in front of my ears where it really shows. And any other salon I have gone to, they always do a lovely job blowing my hair dry. She did not. My hair looked awful and unbecoming when I walked out. It also damaged my hair from so many applications of dye to my fragile hair. Of course, the color was not what I wanted, but I guess it was the best she could do after so many trys. I don't think I should have been charged the full price of $85 for these reasons, but I still gave her a tip for her effort.

Great experience, great haircuts (both my husband and I).

Kim helped me out with making sure I still got close to what I wanted she was so friendly and took her time to make sure I loved it thank you Kim! :) will be retuning again

Not happy with my hair at all, I asked for color bown length and its chin length and the layers are very choppy and uneven, unfortunately to even it out would make it shorter so im stuck with it.

. Rachel was so very patient and kind. She was very understanding and welcoming. I will come back!!
