I had an amazing experience at SkinArtWork with Trina, their professional piercer. Before my appointment, I let them know that I have a sensitive vagus nerve and a history of fainting after the adrenaline wears off. Katrina (Trina) took that seriously from the very beginning and made sure the entire experience was handled with care.
She was attentive, calm, and ready for any signs that I might become dizzy or faint. When I started to feel like I was blacking out and said I needed to lay back, she immediately reclined the chair, put ice packs on my neck and head, and calmly guided my friend on what to do. Even though I felt bad about it, she reassured me that this is something that happens in the piercing industry and made me feel completely safe and not embarrassed.
The entire experience felt personalized to my situation, and I truly appreciated how professional, kind, and prepared Trina was. I will absolutely recommend SkinArtWork above all others moving forward.

You know when you meet someone and can instantly tell they have a heart of gold and just radiate joy and kindness? That was exactly the feeling I got when I met Trina.
I went in to get my third holes pierced, and from the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. I've had my ears pierced in several places before, but for some reason I was feeling nervous this time. I admitted that to her, and she couldn't have shown more empathy, patience, and kindness. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The piercing turned out great, and I left feeling so glad I chose this place. I will 100% be back when I'm ready for another piercing! I'd also like to mention that the other girls working there were incredibly sweet and friendly as well. Such a wonderful experience all around!

Got a pretty big one for my first one the artist Skyler did an amazing job with everything everyone is very friendly 5/5 stars “it looks weird and twisted because of the angle it’s very straight”

My fiancé and I went on a whim and did the get what you get tattoos and I'm so happy with the work. It was our first tattoos and the artist Skyler I believe his name was, was so good the vibes were immaculate we had such a good time! We definitely will be back

I got my septum pierced with Katrina and she was amazing. After she did it I got super light headed and she noticed immediately. she went and got me an ice pack and water. she does an amazing job and genuinely cares about her clients.

Went in with 3 of my friends this past Saturday for their Friday the 13th sale. Sat there from about 3:30-5:45 before we got talked to at all about anything, then the girl comes up and tells me she had an appointment at 6 so we’d have to wait a little longer (which was no problem) that was suppose to be done within 45 minutes max , and she would be taking us after and another artist was coming so that we could split 2/2 to get ours done faster. well we left to grab some food and coffee got back at around 6:40 so we thought okay perfect only about 20 minutes till ours start. We were wrong. 7pm comes by the other artist that was suppose to of been there already comes rushing in and getting set up and messes around for 35 minutes (mind you I told the girl I had plans to be at a certain time and that I couldn’t sit and wait forever and she guaranteed to be done within 45 minutes with her appt. It’s 7:30 at this point so we just walked out and left. 2 of us worked at 4am the next day and we drove an hour away from home to come here. It was just extremely unprofessional and disappointing that we couldn’t even get an apology or a warning that it was taking longer than expected.

Had a tattoo done today by Sarah. Can honestly say it was the best tattoo and tattoo experience I've ever had. Wanted a new piece on an impulse. On the website I was able to book two custom walk-in sessions for my girlfriend and I with less than an hour and a half notice. Got there and Sarah was already half done drawing our first piece! There was very little pain and the tattoo is healing great already with steady aftercare of course. The atmosphere, the staff, and the other clients were as cool as hell. I also got to watch other artists work and I can say they are quite the talented bunch. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Sarah, amazing custom work.

My boyfriend and I just got hand tattoos done by Sarah. She was absolutely amazing. I can't say this with more emphasis. She went with the designs we asked for and drew them exactly how we wanted them. This was a surprise trip to the tattoo shop. We booked our appointment 2-3 hours before we went. I highly recommend going here. The staff is unbelievably chill and relatable. The vibe in the studio is just amazing. Plus the cleanliness is immaculate.
