Dr Tom was great! He explains everything very well. I just got fitted for hearing aids and I'm looking forward to receiving them in a few weeks! The staff was super friendly and helpful also!
Everybody at this office was kind, and so patient. I had lots of questions, but no one made me feel like an annoyance or a nuisance. Hearing Aids are a big deal for me, so I was glad to get my questions answered. Also, I felt that the hearing test was thorough, and I appreciated Tom’s detailed explanation of my results.
Dealt with Peggy Snyder at the office, let me say she was the nicest person that I met in a while. Made me feel comfortable and went right to work dealing with my problem. Peggy was caring and professional and worked diligently to get me back in voice shape. I will send her all the people that I know who needs help In her business. Thank you Sandy Sadler
