I called on Friday December 19 and was offered an appointment for Tuesday 12/23/25 at 10:15 , sat for 15 minutes and was asked if I had a appointment and was told there was no appointment booked and could not fit me in till Monday 12/29/25. No one said to me is there something we can do to prevent this from occurring again, can we make this right . I will not be returning or recommending this Salon to anyone . Poor customer service.

This is the worst place to go if all you need is a trim. I asked her to take a little off to make my hair even and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She literally made 3 small cuts that barely made any difference or fixed my hair and charged me $38. I did not get a wash and dry or anything other than the trim, and she actually spent more time telling me how she cuts her hair than just trimming mine. She was done cutting in less than 10 minutes. I mean if you like speedy service with poor quality at a high price, I'm sure you'll love it here. The woman that did my daughters hair was very sweet and professional. I especially love how she asked my daughter how she wanted her hair done. My little girl felt seen and apart of the process! Thank you S.Service: Haircut
