I was a tenant at silk factory lofts for over 4 years and have had issues with a dryer in the apt that did no work on and off for over 9 months as well as having my car damaged in the parking lot for over 6000 dollars . Tenants would not follow rules regarding recycling and garbage. I spent over 400 dollars to have the unit cleaned by Merry Maids prior to moving out and now they are over the 30 days required to provide me with my security deposit or a written description of damages or reasons for the deposit not being returned.
