My daughter moved there and invited us to dinner this place was beautiful in and out the lobby the outside and the apartment was beautiful the kitchen was beautiful. The bathroom was very nice and patios nice and safe neighborhood but a little pricey

I have been renting at Huntingdon Place for 5 years and recently decided to purchase my unit. I looked everywhere within a 25 mile radius and there is nothing that can compare to the amenities and lifestyle at this price point. 24 hour security, gym, pool, covered parking and a super location make this a great place to live. Front desk people are courteous and helpful. Yes, there have been problems in the building, and Toll Brothers is working to address and correct the issues. We are getting new balconies, and Bob is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the repair process. The people responsible for the repairs for renters are incredible.... read full review

You could buy a three bedroom, two bath single home in beautiful Somerton or Bustleton for the cost of one of these condos. And be closer to everything, including I-95. If you still prefer to rent, Huntingdon Place will cost about the same as Meadowbrook Apartments, counting the latter's staggering $600-per-month electric bill. But Huntingdon Place is INFINITELY nicer in every respect.
