I had to change my appointment several times within the day, and rather than getting snippy, the receptionist was sweet, helpful, and even laughed at my lame jokes.The salon itself is glitzy and upscale-looking, but above all, it is clean! No hair on the floor, bathroom is clean and smells it rather than overpowering coverup. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I love my hair (Yay, Bruce!) and when I mentioned that I had to get a manicure before the wedding I was attending, Bruce said I could do it while the color was setting, walked into the manicure room, booked me Gina, who gave me a gorgeous manicure and was so interesting to talk with.Someone mentioned steep prices...I paid $202 for cut, color, lowlights and the manicure. I have paid significantly more for cut, color, highlights and no manicure. And my hair looks fabulous. I highly recommend Salon 360.“
