“Wonderful experience! I came in for highlights and a cut. After highlights, toner and a cut, Francesca realized that the roots did not look exactly how I had described. She asked me if I would like it corrected. I really appreciated that and my hair turned out perfectly. The salon is cute and lively inside. Everyone is very nice. Prices are also really fair. My only suggestion would be that I wish I was given a price estimate. I did not ask for one, so that’s on me, but I also was happy with the price I paid. That being said, I think for any client, especially a new client, saying a price estimate is very helpful! I feel like I did not thank Francesca enough for how amazing my hair turned out! Adding a postscript: had been toying with the idea of a very involved gray blending change to my dark hair color, but Diana introduced me to a process of using a gloss which made my hair feel incredible and look beautiful so I’ll be keeping my hair dark for a while longer. I also was treated to a hair steaming which felt purifying and was scalp safe!“
