They gave me an offer of $490 for my MacBook Air. Once they received the laptop I got an email from customer support that stated the laptop had some finish wear on it from where a sticker had been placed and because of this they had to lower the offer to $405 as the laptop would no longer be deemed in flawless condition it would be considered in good condition.
I was highly disappointed by this because i am known to family and friends to take really good care of my stuff I also inspected the laptop thoroughly prior to shipping it. Aside from that it came with the original factory box, factory charger, and factory booklet.
