The knowledge, kindness, and support I received at Action Physical Therapy was above and beyond my expectations. After years of back and pelvic pain, I can now move about my day mostly pain free! Everyone who works there is amazing and truly has a passion for their work. Thank you to Alina especially, for making me feel heard, giving me all the tools I need, and cheering for me along the way. I will honestly miss my visits and cannot thank the team enough for all of their hard work! 12/10 recommend!
Again, Action Physical Therapy helped me with a condition that I thought was untreatable. My lower back has arthritis and some other problems. I did not go to the doctor until I started to get back spasms despite the fact that it took me a minute to stand up straight every time. The Doc referred me to therapy and voila they have made it so much better. Still some occasional aching but it is so much more manageable. Thanks.
I just finished months of PT for post-partum prolapse from childbirth, something I have struggles with but put off healing for years. I worked with Erin, who was amazing, calm, supportive, professional, and really took the time to explain what was going in my body and how to fix it. I should have done this sooner! Everyone at Action was so kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s a really positive atmosphere. Highly recommend them and I’m very grateful!
