In Everson They Milled Vance street and Left great big piles of dirt and gravel along curbs , the road and alley and all over my side walk and driveway . They never came back to clean up the big mess. Looked to be a real hurry up , Moe, Larry job .

I’d advise against using Donegal Construction, if how their employees drive is any indication of their level of professionalism. A truck of three or four of their employees was hanging out in the left lane of the PA Turnpike, refusing to move over for faster traffic. When I then attempted to pass them on the right, they swerved and almost hit me. Unprofessional, with a disregard for law and morality - two things you definitely do not want in a construction firm.

A driver for this company almost caused an accident on interstate 70 on June 8th around 5:30 during rush hour. He was hauling equipment at high speeds and cutting in and out of traffic.
