This is the worst vision place I have ever been to. Not only did it take me 2 months to get an appointment when the day actually arrived, I had to wait 2 hours to see an ONLINE optometrist.
I was given a new prescription for progressive lenses but it was not explained to me how this would affect my vision. When my new glasses arrived the distortion and blurriness when I walked or tried to see out of peripheral vision was bad. I called the location to discuss, but was immediately routed to a call center who told me that I would have to wait 48 hours for a call back. If I could give a zero review I would. Had a 3pm appt on 7/29 and as I walked in neither of the 2 employees acknowledged me. Horrible service to not even say hello. Needless to say after sitting for 20 mins I let them know I did show up for my appt but as no one attended me I was leaving. Someone else came in and asked if there was a receptionist and the rude lady said no it’s just us. The gentleman said well I’m leaving then if you can’t afford a receptionist and was told good luck with that. No apology. No courtesy. Just plain rudeness.
