The equipment is new and well maintained, the gym is quite spacious, and the staff and members are very friendly. Overall, I like this gym. The reason I did not give it five stars is that the dumbbells only go up to 75 lb, whereas heavier options (up to 125 lb) would be beneficial. Additionally, I occasionally noticed dust and dirt under and around the equipment which could cause to allergies or health concerns. More mirrors would also improve the training experience; currently, mirrors are limited and not installed on all walls, making it difficult to monitor proper form. Lastly, some machines and equipment are missing or unavailable.

Planet Fitness Hershey is clean, well run, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are consistently respectful and professional, and it shows in how smoothly the place operates. A solid gym to train, stay consistent, and the Black Card amenities are genuinely worth it.

Update: December 2025 Holly the Manager is amazing. Super customer oriented and very understanding and personable! Give her a raise.
I had an issue today and I called and spoke to Alexis she was awesome! Very helpful and was a pleasure to speak to!!!! If her boss reads this give her a raise! Also the gym is very clean and always equipment available. I like this location!
