“I have been going to this place for over 10 years... I recommend this Doctor 10x over.... He is really nice super professional super easy-going. They work with you really well with appointments and your insurance and helping you get the most out of what your benefit might be ... easy appointments great time frames it's like Mayberry. He knows your name. He knows you know your script. He knows all the stuff and, just the nicest doctor ever.... And staff....This is my first yelp review because I don't have the best experiences for the most part with doctors, but I did everything I had to do to get to make sure I could leave a yelp review for him because he's amazing!!! “I took my 83 year old mother in for her appointment and this place was not only clean and beautiful on the inside, but the service by every person involved (we encountered 4 different people) was a 5 star rating.....especially the woman that worked with my mother to decide on new frames. Her name was Teresa K. I would hire this woman to do ANYTHING with customers. Amazing customer service mixed with humor and helping the patient make decisions without rushing. I wish I had the words to detail the entire encounter. Just know, we will indeed be returning, inviting others, and spread the word on this specific eye clinic. Outstanding!!!!!“

“I was taken care of by Barb to order a new pair of Rx glasses and my first pair of Rx sunglasses. The glasses took a few weeks to arrive because the frame I chose was on back order. Those look and fit great. The sunglasses I ordered were Ray Ban official frames and lenses. I have had them sent back three times now because the Ray Ban lab messed up my prescription twice and then had an issue with the polarization being messed up on one lens to the point that I couldn't see clearly out of the left lens. Barb has been diligent in keeping me updated through the process and sending emails to her manager in regards to the QC issues coming from the lab. We are about 2 months into this process of trying to get my sunglasses right after many attempts and the lab continuing to make mistakes. I will likely never order anything from the Ray Ban lab again due to their lack of QC and laziness in reading the paperwork for my glasses that I spent over $400 for. Despite all of the headaches, Barb has been wonderful in the process and she is very pleasant in person and over the phone. I am hoping that this will be the last time the lenses need to be sent back.“
