Always been happy with my care here! Great for regular checkup care and excellent for emergency type care. Lisa, a tech even took extra time to grab some samples and coupons to get me extra care when my contacts were causing issues after a day at the water park!

My husband and I visited today and were both surprised and slightly put off by our interaction with a specific staff member. My husband and I each had 1 of our 2 children with us. Our kids are fairly normal kids, being a little silly, a little sweet, and respectfully chatty without being loud or disruptive. The staff member who led us back and did the intake assessments and questions was so curt. She was short in her answers and questions. She was not accommodating when I wanted to pause and explain things to my daughter so she can learn to be comfortable in medical office settings. I took my 83 year old mother in for her appointment and this place was not only clean and beautiful on the inside, but the service by every person involved (we encountered 4 different people) was a 5 star rating.....especially the woman that worked with my mother to decide on new frames. Her name was Teresa K. I would hire this woman to do ANYTHING with customers. Amazing customer service mixed with humor and helping the patient make decisions without rushing. I wish I had the words to detail the entire encounter. Just know, we will indeed be returning, inviting others, and spread the word on this specific eye clinic. Outstanding!!!!!
