“I've been a patient here for about 5 years and overall I've been pleased with my experience. I like my optometrist and I've been impressed with the glasses and sunglasses collection they have. And whenever I need them adjusted, I go in to see Chris or Brian and they always do a great job. I would have happily given this office five stars but I recently found out that they will no longer take my vision insurance starting the next year and I am disappointed by that. I've had this vision insurance for over 10 years and I've never had an issue with it until now. I'm saddened that they have decided to no longer work with my insurance plan and that I have to go and find a new provider.“

They work with you really well with appointments and your insurance and helping you get the most out of what your benefit might be ... easy appointments great time frames it's like Mayberry. He knows your name. He knows you know your script. He knows all the stuff and, just the nicest doctor ever.... Bouquet and Mulligan are 5 stars plus. they've gone overboard and giving me outstanding and exceptional professionalism for over the past 40 years, that I have been a client of theirs. I knew Dr. Bouquet & Mr. James Mulligan and staff, ever since they existed in Lebanon County. I was born with an eye defect with only vision in one eye. No other eye clinic or optical department knew how to fit glasses properly, had poor selection of frames, and the staff didn't even know how to fit frames, and, most important, making the optics for my needs. Drs.& employees are second to none. Mr. Mulligan always runs a tight ship, and has never let me down, with his professionalism and expertise, and puts his pride into every patient he sees, along with his staff. They are always spot on. giving you a professional opinions, suggestions, and bar none service. They are there for you.. End of story!“

“I was taken care of by Barb to order a new pair of Rx glasses and my first pair of Rx sunglasses. The glasses took a few weeks to arrive because the frame I chose was on back order. Those look and fit great. The sunglasses I ordered were Ray Ban official frames and lenses. I have had them sent back three times now because the Ray Ban lab messed up my prescription twice and then had an issue with the polarization being messed up on one lens to the point that I couldn't see clearly out of the left lens. Barb has been diligent in keeping me updated through the process and sending emails to her manager in regards to the QC issues coming from the lab. We are about 2 months into this process of trying to get my sunglasses right after many attempts and the lab continuing to make mistakes. I will likely never order anything from the Ray Ban lab again due to their lack of QC and laziness in reading the paperwork for my glasses that I spent over $400 for. Despite all of the headaches, Barb has been wonderful in the process and she is very pleasant in person and over the phone. I am hoping that this will be the last time the lenses need to be sent back.“
