Christy is a great instructor. She is welcoming, always makes sure that everyone feels comfortable, and works with everyone at the level they are at, giving options and variations, allowing everyone to do their best with where they are along with the possibility to challenge yourself.

I tried looking around for personal training, but it wasn’t until talking with Katey at Flex Force, where I started hearing a training plan that was in line with my goals. Not just heavy lifting, but a well rounded program that not only encompassed weight, but also flexibility, understanding good healthy eating practices, positive reinforcement, the list goes on! No notes, no critiques, a great gym and great staff!
