I would recommend North Mountain Modular if you’re building a home. Dorrance and Ray are knowledgable, professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. We built during COVID so things took a bit longer to come in but the overall experience and end results were amazing. Everything was done just the way we asked. We absolutely love our home.

We really liked the North Mountain Modular Homes! We had a fire which destroyed our home!
We went to look at their homes and fell in love with it! They were so helpful! It was during the Covid
Epidemic so things were not getting done as fast, but I can honestly say they were great about getting
Our North Mountain Modular Homes up and finished! We have been here since 2020!
