Great experience. I called Anchor after my last provider (of 4 years) was a no call/no show.
They started by apologizing for not calling me back the same day but I feel a next day call back is very reasonable for someone that isn't a current customer. I explained my situation and they schedule me for their first available which was a bit out but I fully expect that.
On the day of the service they arrived on time and got to work. I feel that a very through job was done even adjusting the gas pressure which was just slightly lower than recommended.
I plan to become a contract customer with them and hope to work... read full review

I initially began using Anchor when I had a gasket blow, and water was flooding around the boiler. Since then, I schedule them for a yearly maintenance. Their repairmen are knowledgeable and pleasant; making their visits enjoyable.
